CVTC
Participant Success Stories
Three CVTC participants share their journeys in their own words, showing what the program makes possible.

Central Valley Training Center supports people as they build skills, find work and grow their independence. The organization needed a way to show that impact to families, partners and funders that felt more real than a brochure. Hearing directly from participants makes the value of the program easy to understand, and video carries that voice and emotion best.
Our approach
The film is built around three participants and three journeys. Interviews let each person tell their story in their own words, and footage of daily life at CVTC shows the program in action. The edit keeps the focus on the people, with clear titles carrying the message of building skills and changing lives.
The final video
A short documentary-style film that puts real faces to CVTC’s mission. It is suited to the organization’s website, social channels and presentations to partners and supporters.
Outcomes and feedback
The film gives CVTC a lasting story to share wherever it introduces its work. Results and client feedback will be added once confirmed.

CVTC
Join CVTC! Recruitment Video
A recruitment film that helps future team members picture themselves at CVTC.
Read the full case studyThe client's challenge
Growing the team is essential to CVTC’s work, and the right candidates care about culture and purpose as much as the job itself. A job listing can only say so much. A recruitment video lets candidates see the people, the energy and the mission before they apply.
Our approach
The video centers on the team: staff speaking about their work and why it matters, alongside footage of the day-to-day. The tone stays upbeat and genuine, echoing CVTC’s message of create, build and support, so candidates get an honest feel for the workplace.
The final video
A recruitment video CVTC can share on job posts, its careers page and social media to attract people who fit its culture.
Outcomes and feedback
Designed to give candidates a clear, welcoming picture of working at CVTC. Hiring results and client feedback will be added once confirmed.

- Creative strategy and concept development

CVTC
Company Overview Video
A concise introduction to Central Valley Training Center, covering who it serves, what it offers and why the work matters.
Read the full case studyThe client's challenge
CVTC needed one concise piece that introduces the organization to anyone new: families, partners, funders and the community. Explaining a range of programs in a few minutes is hard in text. A well-paced video can show the mission, the services and the people at once.
Our approach
The overview pairs a clear narrative of CVTC’s mission with footage from its programs, keeping the message of training, support and opportunity front and center. Titles and graphics organize the information so viewers can follow it easily.
The final video
A two-minute introduction to CVTC that works on its website, at events and in outreach to new partners.
Outcomes and feedback
Gives CVTC a single, polished introduction to its work. Results and client feedback will be added once confirmed.

A sizzle reel has one job: make people excited about a brand in a very short time. Neeba needed a piece that could introduce what it is about and hold attention from the first seconds, something a written pitch can’t do.
Our approach

The final video
A sub-two-minute reel ready to open presentations and pitches or lead on social media and the web.

HIP (Hispanics in Philanthropy)
HIPGIVE: Celebrating Diana Campoamor
A tribute film honoring Diana Campoamor’s 26 years of innovation and leadership.
Read the full case studyThe client's challenge
Honoring a leader after 26 years calls for something more personal than a speech or a plaque. HIP wanted to celebrate Diana Campoamor’s legacy in a way its community could share in, and video brings together voices, memories and emotion in one place.
Our approach
The film is structured as a tribute: the people who know Diana reflect on her leadership and impact, framed with titles that mark the milestone. The pacing gives each reflection room, so the film feels heartfelt rather than formal.
The final video
A tribute video suited to a celebration event and to sharing with HIP’s wider community online.
Outcomes and feedback
Gives HIP a lasting record of Diana’s legacy and a way for the community to celebrate together. Results and client feedback will be added once confirmed.
